A chemically matched base that bonds permanently to concrete, asphalt, stone and other common substrates — and secures whatever was already there.

Photoluminescent layer
Absorbs and stores ambient light energy, then releases it steadily once the lights go out. This is the layer that does the work.

Seals the system against wear, dirt and traffic so the luminescent layer keeps performing for years.
