PLC Adhesive
The super-tight primer that carries the photoluminescent layer — and protects concrete while it is at it.
PLC Adhesive is a waterbased primer with a super-tight formula, white pigmented. Its low CO₂ permeability makes it very suitable for concrete priming and protection, and it is carbonation inhibitory.
It offers excellent adhesion to concrete, asphalt and stone, and is the specified underlayer for PLC Road, PLC Marking, PLC Systemcoat and PLC Safety.
